Not sure where I have gone wrong but after installing both plugins, I tried to create a new form using Newsletter feature but all is showing upgrade. Anyone able to create forms using the basic+

Obviously, you are trying to use templates, which require upgrades to either Business or Elite level. You should be able to build your own forms of any kind from scratch with relevant add-ons activated.

Yea thats what I later noticed but its hard to get the styling right

Formidable Forms do require some extended knowledge in order to build good looking forms. Perhaps you should look at other forms plugins for nice styling effects...

Sure but only reason why I am trying out formidable forms is because I want to add a BMI calculator on my website.

Geomywp has developed an addon for the "Formidable Forms" plugin. Here's this "Formidable Geolocation" addon in version 1.4.2. There's a version 2.2 that I don't have. If anyone is willing to share it ... thank you.

Figured it out. I uploaded the previous nulled version - 4.09.01 and then updated it to this current one. Everything works fine.
