Keep in mind that even though you have the track - you DO NOT OWN the rights to use it.

Open a new tab and install Video DownloadHelper. Chrome extension here. Mozilla extension here.
If you are on Edge- click here.
Once installed go to Epidemic Sound webiste. For example Electronica & Dance . Play a track.
Pause it. Click your DownloadHelper extension, choose your track and hit Download.
That's all. Your MP3 is saved onto your device and you do not need to do anything else.
Bonus. Use the "Stems" menu in the audio player at the bottom of the page to listen - and download - separate stems of the track: Base, Drums, Melody, etc.
