Anyone able to offer support on WCFM plugin?

Everything is running fine, downloadable products that vendors upload work fine, however the vendor and admin can only view the images for downloadable products and now videos?

Videos uploaded to wordpress work fine, but when uploaded through WCFM vendor they don't play through wordpress, but play fine if purchased and downloaded?

Im not sure what your question is, but you can control who have access to medial library at the settings... and also about the video, try and install any supported third party video player plugin to your site, use it to embed your videos to your site... they will play fine....

Cheers

Hello there!
I was wondering if there is any proper way to update from one version plugin to the updated one. I'll try to be more specific. My problem is that every time i try to upload a new updated plugin for Elementor, in this case (happy add-ons, happy add-ons pro and Elementor add-ons) I lose all the information about them on my WordPress. For instance titles won't appear at all, testimonials get deleted, sections of the blog totally erased...
What I normally do in order to update the plugins to the last version is:
- Download the plugins from this platform
- deactivate the plugin on my WordPress
- Delete the plugin on my WordPress
- Install the new updated plugin
- Activate the new updated plugin

Thanks in advance, and I'm really sorry if this is too basic or if its repeated somewhere, in my favor I have to say that I tried looking for this information before I posted.

Cheers!
