I tested this website by checking 6 of my own websites.
4 websites are already accepted by Google Adsense, but this website gave them acceptance ratings of less than 50 percent!
Also, the keywords chosen by this website are not accurate at all, it selects random words from the main page (which change on a daily basis in my websites) and displays them as frequently used words (some of these words are even without meaning!).
This website is not accurate and cannot be relied upon at all.
