I found the solution regarding the author's error.

Go to the file:
fs-poster/App/view/modals/fb/add_account.php

And edit the line number: 300

Search line:

Code:

<div style="margin-bottom: 10px;" onclick="$(this).slideUp(200 , function(){ $('#proxy_show2').slideDown(200); });">

And replace:

Code:

<div style="margin-bottom: 10px;" onclick="jQuery(this).slideUp(200 , function(){ jQuery('#proxy_show2').slideDown(200); });">
