For nothing unofficial updates do not touch databases only files (folder "wp-content/plugins/fs-poster") you can be sure of it.

If it went well before, just replace the files and everything should be back to normal.

If the problem persists, some other plugin installed or recently changed may be the problem.

The only plugin that can block it might be wp-rocket. because heartbeat completely neutralizes it. but I don't think it would be a mistake otherwise. The plugin was working very well, there is no problem right now I am following it.
