Every time I configure the database when I enter the page then sends me to another web address you could please send me the steps for a correct configuration

You must import the new_db.sql file into your host's phpmyadmin
This is the working version.
I edited it a bit to make it work. 100% clean source code
you need to install data first then connect
2 files need to change the search information by this path
../includes/config.php
..administrator/includes/conn.php
