I had some spare time today and tested your upload (v1.1.0) and Atsekabe's (v1.1.1) upload on a completely clean Wordpress test site. In both cases, the Templates Library is working perfectly.

Just thought I'd mention this before you wasted any of your time chasing problems which do NOT exist.

Maybe there's something else blocking the templates library to open. Perhaps a pop-up blocker?

Thank you for sharing, Ameni, that happened a few days ago. I researched the reason. The template server ssl seems to have expired, and then it returned to normal. I happened to use it during that time.
