It's not theme & not sure your website can keep secure when you install it, your web secure not totally belong to one theme/ plugin installation.
Anyway, I checked the file, it's original code from dev.

2.1.0 is not Release version, still beta according to changelog:
2.03 is latest Official Release.
i am sorry i didn't see it. and BTW it's still availble to download and install along with the BETA version of the theme 3.0.1 to see it in action
