By registering as RANDOMNAME.clientarea.troplo.com, can I host it on another domain ? How does it work .. am a bit confused?

Yes, you can install on any domain, the license is for one domain only.

you copied from nulled.to also this is not valid because after someday your license will be banned, as you are not Hostgator.
