This works but don't try installing the zip file from the Plugin folder straight away as it won't work.
You need to unzip the bdthemes-element-pack.zip file which will give you a folder called bdthemes-element-pack inside of which is another folder also called bdthemes-element-pack and also 2 files promoting another site which can be deleted (it's these that cause the installation to fail).
Finally zip up the 2nd bdthemes-element-pack folder and then use that file to install the plugin in the usual manner.
