Yes, nameserver changing is allowed! (Renew to the Cloudflare is also available I think, I haven't tried yet. Don't use for production purposes!)

i have try with vpn like nordvpn and hotpot shield. for ip US, IN and Bangladesh.
i't not work for me. Reason is not valid card number.
