I'm receiving the following error when installing a template by Envato:

I have unziped the theme file from the general zip, but it sill returns me this error.

Themes:

UVO – SEO & Digital Marketing Theme​

Digilab - Digital Marketing Agency WordPress Theme​

Both themes support WP & Elementor. Also, I tried to install on different domains, but none seem to work.

What should I do?
