I have a magic wand haha...

Download the slider from this source:
And for the addons, it's in the same source.
A Tip for you: Addons installation is the same as plugins
go to plugins, add new, and chose what addon you want to install! Activate.

I've downloaded the add-ons as mentioned tried installing.

It should be installed from the main plugin hahaha.
I used your wand in a different direction, my bad....

Ya this must work if you do have a legit license
But for this case, You need to do all things manually
..by the end, you'll have the same results...
Another Tip, Slider Templates, Install them from SliderRev Dashboard.. and before that, Install the Addons required for them to make sure they work 100%.

You need to install it one by one.
1. Expand the folder
2. eg compress the individual folder to zip file
3. upload
4. voila

So I downloaded the entire folder and went back and through. Also used an IDE to have a code search for reference and even used slider id and element id from their main website to search for it. So if I say it's not there, it's not there

I'm pretty sure it's in the package. I don't have time now to look into it again!
But I'll give you this tip. It's most times a different name for the template!
So more than once, I've installed the packages in Local at once! It took time. I just dragged all the templates into the slider and waited till it finished, and I could find what I was looking for!
I'm 100% positive about this...But again don't have time now to do it!
