Please how can I fix this issue of image not saving? I've used the troubleshooter tool, I've also run the commands and yet, it's not working. Please I need help on how to fix this. I'll appreciate if anyone can show me what to do to sort it out.

People, help pliz, registration takes place in firebase, and there is no user in the admin panel. What could be the problem?
Guys, how to fix this? After registration, I go to edit profile and in the phone line I see the country code and the phone number starts with 8(900)... how can this be corrected?
