Just wondering, Is there a way to buy domain twice at goddady at a discounted price without multiple cards? The offer is only available for first-time users.

Making a New Account should Do the Trick....

They detect the credit card you used in your first purchase on your other account. Unfortunately, I only have one credit card.

do one on your IP, then switch to VPN and then use paypal?

I have my card attached to my PayPal, is it possible to purchase with paypal without your card attached? Changing IP doesn't work even with VPN. The coupon eligibility condition seems to be checkout payment method details.

I don't see why not if you have the funds loaded into paypal then so it won't use the card but it should. I would also remove any cache or cookies as well so that it can be sure it's not reading those while on the VPN

I tried, doesn't work either. seems like I will just have to find another card.
