yes i have vps but there is no mongodb on my whm. i have tried many ways to install manually but not working

I have created realtime db with true rules. Also created storage bucket with tru rules.
then i have downloaded json file and placed on app

I think It’s because you have not setup port for mail on cpanel. You have to setup port for mail on cpanel to work domain.com/webmail or mail or 2096
check webmail. If u are abe to sent mail but unable to rcv then this is port problem
if you unable to send. Then this is dns problem

Thank you, but I do not think it's a port issue. I think it's something to do with AWS somehow. But I am also not understanding because cpanel related notifications keep coming..
