I too am looking for this, because I have already updated to sdk 31 but I am not getting notifications on Android 12 and I am looking for someone who can solve this for me

I am facing this because I tried to add a custom currency. If I remove the currency, everything works fine. Plkease did you solve the problem and can you share solution please?

That means you didn't added currency in all the places needed. are you using setup info wizard for this or not ?

You need to add in all required places, I have stopped helping people for this particular solution but giving you insight

The best way to do this is using setup wizard file
else you need to do it accurately all over the db if one place is left system work work.
