I need both AU and USA accounts. But RDP validity can be longer than 1 month? Because this timeframe is not enough to spend the whole threshold. I heard Google suspects if daily spending increased to higher than usual.

Also, for payment can you accept paypal goods and service? My account doesn't have option for PayPal Friend & Family.

I may buy regularly if can use full or maximum threshold amount.
