Some that I'd share myself. Regarding with the trademark issues, there are two ways. You can 'make private' all of the plugins so that they are shown only to members. But doing this you will lose SEO and organic traffic. Another way is to rename/rebrand the plugins. YITH for example, in my opinion it's actually GPL Site done right. They have literally the same plugins offered by WooCommerce.
