Sorry, but that doesn't show me what the issue is, unless I'm missing something?

It is assumed that when the API Key is entered and you click Update Settings instead of the red cross, you should put a green check. I had already used both plugins (gravityforms and gravityformsmailchimp) and they had worked correctly. I think now you have to do some validation before connecting mailchimp with wordpress.

O.K. I has presumed (obviously incorrectly!) that the X was if you wanted to remove the API.

I'll test it fully tomorrow. :)

Thanks for your help, when you add the API Kay and click update settings the X should be as follow:
