I just have seen that the Group Buy RULES WERE CHANGED by sole requirements of one person

Section guidelines are exactly to EXTEND main rules not to replace them.

Are you effin kidding me @Deepansh ?!?!?!

I thought there is a team and changes should be discussed in a team.
What about I come tomorrow with my own set of rules and implement them without asking anyone?!?!?!
That suits you?

Some of the rules were discussed and implemented just to protect this community.
What you did right now was out of common sense. Beside that you encouraged scammers you have no fucking control on what email they send in private saying that it's official email.

Want do to group buys officially? Then ask users to propose them then open group buys yourself.
Make polls, and when there are enough users to cover the costs open the group buy by yourself.

@Tomz what's going on here?

The revised group-buy rules are okay for me. :)
Several group-buys have already been completed without a hitch. I remember earlier many users took users money and run away.

I remember that too, that's why the rules.
Just keep the enforcement and involve more instead of opening for the public.
Allow proposals of group buys by making a group buy request with a pool. From there admins/mods take over and implement the group buy within guidelines with groups and payments.

Payments should not be sent but payments are mandatory to be sent to official address.

Users proposing the group buy should not mention anything about payment and where. When a group buy have interested parties a discussion group is opened with admin/mods and there an admin/mod post the payment process.

Those rules are a bit vague as of now. Strengthen them.

That's why communication is important. Ideas come with brainstorming

Bro based on users feedbacks we should proceed. With current rules, if users are okay. Then there shouldn't be any problem. :)

Ok, if you say so. I just don't want to be later in the situation of "I told you".

When GB product will be available for community (nulled or not)?

And explain this please: "after group-buy has ended if any users still wish to purchase the product, they can send pm to..."

Basically after gb ended and cost is covered it happens what?

Well, I'm not sure how this decision came to fruition.
And I'm not against the Idea of it being in possession of the forum moderators, the only thing that remains is to hone it to better assist the forum members and, by extension the forum itself.
