Im using the advanced plan mainly because of vyond. It stays offline 80% of the time. Today, sunday, for example, THE WHOLE DAY offline... Ridiculous service.

Brother, I lost 8h of work because of that today. I have the chat messages in Facebook. I should have a way to fix the problems without needing the support. Today I waited 8h and nobody updated Vyond.

I need it to work in my working time. Now it is working? Great but when I needed, it was offline for several hours. Now its 3am and I can’t work anymore.

if u face the same issue again... i will increase ur plan validity for a day. But clear ur cookies,if the tool not working. and send a support msg from the helpdesk... 100% u will get a solution.

I have bought Advance Plan and delivery was fine. Some tools are not working stating the need to install extension which I will talk with the provider and get done. will surely put the review after some days or months so that others can get benefit out of it.

I also want to read review of my services.... But one request... If any tool not working... Same time send support msg to support team from website helpdesk option... In day time , problem will resolve soon... But in night (India time zone) may be late... But still ur problem not resolved, just send PM to me.. I personally check tool issue...and try to resolve soon...

The service is good as compared to some other ones. Hope it does not mess up soon. The tools I use mostly, wordhero, closers copy, quillbot usually work. I had issues with longtail a few weeks ago. I did not hear from support, hopefully it is fixed by now.

Overall, I would say service is good, let's hope it remains the same.

The extensions, not sure because of new versions, you have to load them from time to time.

When are you guys getting Jasper? I see many vendors offer it with a 5,000 words daily limit

Do accounts keep changing everyday? My general issue with group buying tools is that I set up everything in one account and next day it's a different account on my set up and I have to do everything all over again.
