@lastwall sorry I could not find in this thread the upgrade folder of version 2.6.2 and 3.0, if you check in the update history page there is no version booth of them. The last version I installed is 2.6.1, just worrying if I updated/jumped immediately to version 3.1 will ruin my website (it is used as online class for student). And as you know the version 3.0 is major update from the author.

I installed chat and wanted wordpress integration. I will install a shortcode, a chat appears, users will not be able to log in to the chat (anonymous too). How to solve the problem you do not know? I'm just ashamed to write to the developer, because I didn't buy (((

my version is still the old one so I not integrated it yet with the WP plugin, I am waiting some one here for helping me with the situation.

Take a backup of your current site (with the database) and then update to the latest version. If anything goes wrong just put back the backup! Otherwise, you might wait forever.

Perhaps if you provide supporting screenshots it would be easier to get help! I for one can't really understand the issue you want help with.
