Just curious why I can't change the logo? Already tried by replacing on back-end setting, upload manually on file manager cPanel, claering cache in the script setting as well as browser cache, but still the problem is persist.
Any one facing the same issue?

You must add them manually, in the languages and you will have a plus icon there you can add your language and afterwards you must translate every string

You can manually add a logo its located in gem/ore/grupo/global

Already done that as I said above, but the problem is still. If I inspected the logo it shows the script logo, while in the located in gem/ore/grupo/global (file manager) is logo I uploaded. So how the script logo is still showing in front end?

Looks like you are using Cloudflare services. Once you have uploaded logo, Could you Please purge your Cloudflare cache & refresh your browser & check ?

Yup you are right, solved it before reading your comment, I purged everything in Cloudflare and the problem solved. But thanks for your help @Jeny and @XZNT. You know what? it takes hours to figure it out
