How old is your domain? I think you need to have at least 6 months to use AdSense

You can try MediaNet [https://www.media.net/] and if you are note fine with it then go with Affiliate Marketing...

I think you need a domain at least 6 months old to use AdSense. (Also depends on the content you get)
My website was about 3 months old too, and having 500+ visitors max , still approved . . .

Did you tried Yllix.com or Adsterra.com
Yllix need very high amount of visitors though very low income form them
from adsterra they work like adsense but no need for approval or anything
I even use adsterradirect links on auto surfingsites like otohits or hitleap make me double the income haha just little hack (for that u need rdp) dm me for details
