I am using the copy of Ninja Forms https://babiato.tech/resources/ninja-forms-wordpress-forms-plugin-all-addons.5125/history
I am using a few add-ons - PDF Submissions, Table Editor and Layout & Styles.
The problem is that I want to add header and footer to the forms which according to the documentation is found under Form > Advanced but the PDF submission button is missing. I have turned on Dev Mode but it still doesn't appear.
If you've encountered a similar problem or know how to fix this kindly help. I'm stuck.
