thanks how can I add 2 buttons like in the example site.

because only hover effect can be applied to that document

Easiest way would be to set the colours to totally transparent on Normal mode and then set them to whatever you want them to be when you hover in the Hover Mode settings.

Kardeşim, box element'lere göz at elementor bileşenlerinde. Herhangi bir tanesinin image kısmına resmini koy açıklama kısmına da alt alta iki buton yap.
Daha sonra style ayarlarından normal moda beyaz veya hangi rengi vermek istersen onu ver hover kısmına da transparent yap en kolay yoldan böyle çözersin.
