Hello i need your help.I bout vps at contabo and i want to install cpanel.Please i need your help step by step because i dont know where to start although i have already activated ssh in my window 10

Do you have a cPanel license?
Why are you using Windows if you want to host a website? Linux is better.
I'd recommend you to use a free alternative such as VestaCP if you don't have the cPanel license.
I've personally worked with it several times, just switch to linux (centos or ubuntu) and install it.

that doesnot matter. Os can be re installed in contabo.

you can get the discounted cpanel license from contabo and they will install it for you, just contact support. or you have to buy a license and install it on your own. they ven offer Webmin for free. but here a guide for installing cpanel on vps https://docs.cpanel.net/installation-guide/install/
