use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/flying-scripts/

and add keywords like "ads" you can delay all ads 2 seconds
other eg: google analytics, etc...
check on google speed test your website they give the suggestions like some css or JavaScript files make your site slow note that files and add as keywords in flying script and delay 1 or 2 seconds you will get 90+ score on google speed test

Well, the information provided is quite thin..a bit more infos about the hosting setup, server, caching..etc would make it easier for the members to suggest better solutions, than just a flying-scripts
