(HELP) with installing script?

Hi,

One of my clients that I host would like to use this script and embed it into their WordPress site.

Can someone who knows what they are doing, please help? What do I need to upload to a folder and what code do they need to embed?

Any and all help really appreciated. I need good/clear instructions please.
