First thing find and buy items on Facebook marketplace or anything similar platform. negotiate and check how much can you sell it.
I always bought brand new and sealed(less risky) if it is phone check imea number online to make sure it is clean.
Second step get ebay shop subscription with a small fee. Benefits you get better ranking and Ebay commission will be far lower.
Remember to take picture sealed item so buyer can only return if it seal is not broken.
And sell it for profit
