I'm glad Elementor seems to be working now as that was the one causing major issues. We had no problems with WPBakery version and didn't look like it needed updating.
Try removing it via FileManager/FTP and installing again.

Providing akd-importer_nulled.zip installed correctly, then license can't be f*cked up! Try it again. I ran it on a test site and all was good.

What do you mean? Did you install relevant nulled importer? If so, remove it and install it again!
