I have not had problems with the license, I already had the template installed and I have only updated it without any problem

Hi @Tomz , can you help me or someone else?
I have a problem with WPML it won't translate strings (Houzez theme).
I translate and save but it does not appear as translated.

no idea please test wpml with other themes
and let me know

Its something to theme, WPML working fine, but it wont translate Property details page. Used Google search regarding this issue and i see that i m not first with this problem, but no answer how to resolve this.

Also tried to translate strings with LOCO TRANSLATE and the same thing, it won't appear on the frontend.

You have to translate property details pages independently. Do not use string translation for property details.
Also, if you are not sure about this, go to the property page, and scroll down to find WPML settings, make sure that the elements you want to translate are "translatable", if these settings are switched off, switch them on. Let me know if that doesn't work. WPML is working fine with me.

Hi! I want to ask you a question. I work with an external software for real estate and I would like to know if with this template it is possible to process an xml that the software provides me, to be able to dump all the houses to my website. Thank you all, you do a great job!

What is that external software? Did you ask the developers of the software if this is possible?

The developers say yes. We work with an external crm in Spain called "Inmopc". It is a very powerful tool to manage all the operations of our clients. Developers give me an XML file and I was wondering if this theme supports importing XML to automatically dump all the properties and they are updated
