Yes thank you, you can do this with nginx. You can search around youtube guys if you want to implement this. Its pretty easy Id say and its really worth it.

You need to have Offshore Hosting, you can't turn your VPS offshore or dmca free because yes.
Your provider might be offshore or allowing those things.
Search in Google or in Babiato for Offshore Hosting in Search Tool box.

Sorry to say, but is not true.your VPS is too expensive
I think you are saying a mistake. we are offshore hosting provider.
You won't find so easily VPS with 1.5GB RAM per 11.88€ yearly with is 0.99 monthly if you pay anually

Yes, if you choose Managed VPS. But if you choose unmanaged vps (which you will have full control of your vps) is very easy to install aapanel, there are many tutorials in youtube and blogs & websites.

Look around nginx docs, here is a link where you can read and set it up pretty easily.

You need to set up two servers, one with nginx which will be only a proxy server, this would be your offshore VPS, and then you would need an Apache server which will be your regular server on port 80.

i am a liitle confused here. is it that you the alexhost vps acts as forwards clients request to the oracle free tier vps
Alexhost is a different service of oracle free tier vps.. We ignore DMCA in our VPS.

Yes, it provides one more layer for security, or if you have money to spend then just buy a powerful server on Alexhost
