No. You got to rotate your IP with proxies. Lots of proxies, lots of money, lots of problems...
Log all IPs coz they can't repeat and link acc to eachothers.
I know people who handle 100s of accs but its damn expensive

Host yourself a social media script according to your preference.
connect all account with different proxies(best are private residential)
Use as you want.
