hi, when i doing keyword research i found some keywords that google 1st page have lots of spammy website. even there content not related to the keywords. how are these websites rank on google 1st page. is there any ranking secret apart from youtube and udemy courses?

There are many black hat techniques to rank on google 1st page and people who are capable of doing this won't share their techniques on youtube or udemy for penny when they are earning thousands using this technique..There is an underground marketplaces where people are buying and selling these methods for hefty sum of money.What you see on the youtube or udemy is just the tip of the iceburg..if you really want to see the whole iceburg then visit vip section of some of the top black hat forums..you will understand what i am saying..
thanks for the explaination. how about the seo agencies? are they also doing black hat techniques?

I would say like 40% of them do because its an easier method to get ranked. And if you manage risks, you won't be hit by search engines. The spammy sites in most of the cases get ranked by purchasing backlinks here and there + generating traffic that acts like a human. Search engines aren't perfect, when it comes to detecting such behavior, and there are still methods to get high ranked in the search results by "abusing" the system.

Keep in mind that those spammy websites will not last longer in the 1st place, this is called churn and burn.
There are different methods to achieve this, as others have said noone will reveal the exact technique they are using but there is a lot of variations black hatters use like: Private PBN (Most common), Trusted Sape links, High DA redirect, etc.
If you can share some of those keywords i can try to do reverse engineering to determine witch method they are using, but there is also techniques to hide your method so is not 100% that we will discover everything they are doing to rank.

i follow up some of these site since long time and still they are on google 1st page. check keywords include coupons. ex ( godaddy coupons, namecheap coupons, amazon coupons etc.)

I just did a soft reverse engineering research in one of the 1st page website that looked spammy and this is waht i found they did:
Buy a domain with good authority and high quality links and use it as a moneysite. (it doesn't matter the content or keywords)
Buy Sape links with generic and main keywords. (Usually good sape links have great DA and low outbound links)
Buy domains with good DA, post 1 single page with anything and add 1 link to his moneysite. (this will share all DA juice to his moneysite.)

IF you do something wrong there may be a little chance to get penalized, but those type of links are very hard to detect by google as something bad, a lot of people take advantage of this, that's why Private PBN and High quality Sape links are one of the main blackhatters method to rank.
Google can't penalize high quality links coming from non related content sites because they can't tell why that link is there and if they decide to penalize that then anyone will be able to harm the ranking of any site, so it is not something they will consider, they prefer to give more weight to links coming from related content sites but that's it

What most people use to do this is pure spammy tier 3 links (low quality blog comments, low quality profile links, bookmarks, forum posting, etc) with bad keywords like (viagra, cialis, casinos, payday loans, ugg boots , etc)

Does it matter what the domain's niche was before, for example. Lets say my money site is about "Playing Golf" and the purchased high DA website was built around "Electrical Circuits". Two totally non-related topics.
Can I still buy the website, add a piece of content related to my current money site and post a link to it.

Is not hard to find someone who sell it but do you research regarding how to buy trustull sape links because a lot of people take advantage of newbies and sell crappy links.

It doesn't matter, if it just a few links like this it wont matter your moneysite will benefit from all that link juice, BUT do your research, do not get exited because you found an available domain with high DA, do your background research, there is a lot of high DA available domains out there with a spammy background history and there are people who sell them to newbies also.
what about spammy traffic for boost rank? Does google recognize the behavior, IP traffic, traffic bot from back link, click to visit page, scroll, click to another page link
btw, how can we identify if a site is spammy or not? Some of the sites pretend to be official sites and very hard to distinguish
