How to add/enable custom badges?

So you have to visit the User group from ACP and Create a new user group or edit the existing one and set the banner text and color then assign the group to the user as Secondary user groups
Then you will see the badge.
For example here user will get a Green Reporter Badge and their username will be Yellow as I set it on the attachment.
Then you will see the badge.
