I heard that WP Rocket will reduce http request, I haven't use it myself :)

Use this plugin. It shows all requests and you can block em

I used this Plugin, I know which plugins send http requests! I want to block or reduce the requests but don't know how

wp rocket by minifying css & js help reduce http requests but in front-end
I have problem with back-end requests that plugins send them to their servers for validating plugin or other purposes just like a firewall that ban incoming or outgoing requests

Try Query Monitor, it locates bad plugins, themes, and functions. There's no point to use a plugin if you have to block it for it's own purpose. If the plugins create lag then remove it and find a better alternative. Maybe other members have better ideas 💡🤷‍♂️
