How to Create Sections under thread?

Hello @Tomz sir i want to know that how to create the sections ( Histry, overview, downloads, version ) in a forum thread? also whenever you updated resources then it's message is showing that .. Tomz updated the new resource, how to make all happen? is are you using any addon for that?

just install https://babiato.tech/resources/xenforo-resource-manager.1828/
and just conect resource category to discussion page category
when u create resource automaticly create discussion page too

I have installed the resource addon but can't see where to connect those category
