How to fix SEO website thumbnail ?

Hi, my friend have a wordpress service based site and its showing wrong thumbnail on Google and other search engine page results. How to fix this ?
I have attached an attachment below, kindly help me out fixing it. Thankyou :)

I think im not the right person to do website optimization (i could try to do something, but no garantees), but i can provide you web hosting for a decent price.
