Hmm I'm not very aware of how you can do it but if you think about it, there are simple ways like:
1) Create a video call with the other person (Google Meet, Zoom, Discord)
2) Choose the screenshot in the OBS scenes
3) Stream your screen that you are seeing (the video call) and that people see what your screen sees.
