Step1 >> In the menu bar of the site go to "resources" >> Go to "Your Recourses".
Step 2 >> At the top right click "Add Recources".
Step 3 >> Then follow the steps of this link;

No, it doesn't require nulling. Post an untouched version ( if you can't null it )
