try to cheap graphic designers on fiver... or search for free photoshop templates and just replace with your texts and image

I thought Figma was only used in UI/UX. Not in a design poster like that. I will try it too then.

Use PSD template, search in envato elements and use this tool for download. You need just Photoshop and you can handle with portable version.
