From my point of view, he wants the generate this download link page from a blog post. Like a software overview page that has a download button and when someone clicks the download button, they get to redirect to this dedicated download page where you get to meet with a timer which eventually helps Adsense view time for the op.
The only difference between the website and and what i showed on my video is the style "countdown color" and the clocked link!
