1. Sign up for a "business" plan from your ISP. This to ensure they will give you a static public IP and open ports that is needed for web hosting purposes.
2. Setup your home router to allow incoming traffic from internet on specific ports needed for web hosting
3. Install any linux server on your computer
4. Install LAMP stack on that linux
5. Your server is online!
