How to require a "Like" to download a resource?

I want users to be required to "Like" a specific resource before they can access the download button. Is there a plugin that accomplishes this?

I tried searching, but could not find a working solution.

through this turkish addon
[XenGenTr] XFRM Ekstralar sistemi

you can force users to react
for downloading a resource

you can also set a download limit.. like

an user can download only 5 resources per day
or premium users can download 10 resources per day
or you can set to no limit.. as u wish

NB: almost everyone uses English version of this addon
