No I think the private ones are only available to those in the "group" as it were. What was the similar plugin you mentioned?

When I am importing Envato Template, for some reasons I see that stuck importing on 92%
after few minutes I get "Unexpected error"? how can I fix?

Make sure that you have all required extra plugins installed.

You need both Free + Pro.
