use FTP and in the root folder there is .htaccess try to rename it old.htaccess and recheck

tried but it takes too long to load then the same problem continue

Try Clearing browser data, cookie, cache and try again, if not works then, go to Cpanel and wordpress directry any just delete that plugin folder which is causing the error.
