yes my friend i will try to help you, the best that i can do.
this is what i did,
i'm using xampp for windows,
open
php.ini from the control panel:
Apache row ->
Config ->
php.ini
Then enable intl extension by removing ; in front of extension=intl
then copy the installation folder inside htdocs, i select the freshfile folder from the downloaded file coming from our babiato site.
then on web browser, i key in localhost/filename(here folder of your selected filename of the folder)/installation
then follow instruction for installation,
then after installing, you need to key in on your browser localhost/<foldername you put>/
when you see the login in page and if not working.
go to the app/config/app.php
look for public $baseURL ='
http://localhost/<change here your foldername>
then that's what i did.
